Data Analyst

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team and help us transform data into actionable insights. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to guide our media planning and buying processes. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients make informed decisions and achieve their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including media performance metrics, client data, and market research.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with media planners and strategists to inform media strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Present findings and insights to clients and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and media metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a media or marketing agency setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
